Paper Players Sketch Challenge #350

Hello Stamping Friends,

Back today with a wonderfully versatile sketch challenge from the creative folks over at The Paper Players blog.  I just love this sketch and can see many future cards in my mind's eye using it.  ;-)

For my card I used some older products, but combined them with some new in colors as well.  It was a fun challenge for me, and I hope you enjoy it too!

For my card I used Pool Party, Tranquil Tide, Lemon Lime Twist, and Whisper White card stocks, Tranquil Tide, Lemon Lime Twist and Archival Black stamp pads, and the fun Naturally Eclectic DSP.  Stamp sets are Painter's Palette and Work of Art.

Details:

A Lemon Lime Twist stitched frame and a simple Pool Party baker's twine bow finished this simple card perfectly for me.  

Fabulous Five New In-Colors!

Hello Stampin' Friends,

Today I bring you the 5 beautiful new Stampin' Up! in-colors!  I can't believe how perfectly these new colors coordinate with our existing color offerings. They're simply yummy!! 

For today, I'm playing along with the color challenge over at the  Fab Friday blog, and wanted to share my creations with you.

Here are the cards I created:

On this card I used the new Lovely Words framelits (143733) dies along with the fun, and funky Playful Backgrounds stamp set.(141920)  The top panel is layered on a piece of black cardstock and then onto a Berry Burst (144243) card base.

On this card I cut strips of the new designer paper stack called Fresh Florals (144131) and layered them on a whisper white panel.  I finished the front panel with a piece of basic black and mounted it on a Lemon Lime Twist card base. I created the sentiment with the new

It's a favorite thing of mine to search the many talented Stampin' Up! paper crafters on the web and bring my top choices to you, so it's good to be back today with a group of awesome cards for your inspiration.
