Friend Friday!

Hello Stamping Friends,
Well, today begins a new feature on the Quick And Easy stamping blog.  Friend Friday is here and each Friday, I will be posting a card from a stamping friend  ;)  So, last weekend one of my friends who attended stamp camp, altered one of the cards and made it into this darling anniversary card.   The card base was created using a piece of Lost Lagoon cut at 10.5 x 5.5, and scored at 8.5, 4.25, and perforated at 2 inches using the perforating blade on the Stampin' Trimmer.  Then, I punched the top of the 2" piece using the Scallop Tag Topper Punch.  I learned this card technique from Glenda Calkin's website.  Also, just a little tip:  If you need a accent piece of glimmer paper, like we used for the sun, just take a marker and color the glimmer paper.  There you have your perfectly coordinated accent piece.  ;) Whatever you create this weekend, have a fun time!

Here is Rena's card.  Thank you Rena, for allowing me to share it.

Stampin' Supplies:

  1. I love this card with the bookmark. It also has the score pad I have on my wish list!!

    1. I'm so happy you liked this card, Jonni, and so blessed that you are back at stamp camp. ;-)

  2. Great idea for her to include the bookmark like this. ~Diane
