Finding Inspiration in Oklahoma City

Hello Stamping Friends,
I don't have a new card for you today, but I do have something fun to share with you.  I took some photos (all photos taken with my iPhone 5s) during our "Staycation" in the City this weekend and I wanted to post a few of them here on Quick and Easy Stamping.

We went to the OKC Museum of Art and toured the permanent Chihuly exhibit.  Oh.  How.  I.  Love.  It.

I    l  o  v  e   color.  All kinds of color, from all types of sources.  It could be Dale Chihuly blown glass or the wild flowers at the zoo, it matters not to me.  There is inspiration to be had all around us, right?

Have you ever found a bed comforter, a dress, a shower curtain or even a bird head with awesome design and color?  haha!

Stampers use these common items in life every day for card design inspiration so, I thought maybe some of my findings could inspire as well.

We found a few bits of inspiration at the  Oklahoma City Zoo
What a gorgeous day we had to admire all of the animals and enjoy the beginnings of fall color...

and the final blooms of summer.

Enjoy, and I'll see you later with new cards!
Blessings,

    1. Diane,
To get good sunset photos we have to drive about a 2 miles west of our neighborhood. It's SO worth it!!
