New Stampin' Up! 2016-2018 In-Color Collection

Hello Stamping Friends,

Today's post is all about celebrating and trying new things.

Trying a new color or color combination is sometimes stretches us because we are so comfy with using items that we already love, right?  Well, at least that's how it is for me.  ;-)

Stampin' Up! has a great way for us to be brave in our paper crafting because they retire so many awesome stamp sets and paper products each year!

Well, the release of our new 2016-18 In Color collection is pushing me right out of my crafting comfort zone....and I think I'm ok with that!

Today's card is a simple use of all of the 5 new In Colors, using a clear stamping block and a stampin' spray bottle.

I've used this watercolor technique offered by Lynn Weiss on this card and I like the results.  When I try it again, I'll mist my block a little more to have more fluidity among my colors, but all in all, I love this little card and I hope you do too.

Happy Stampin'

I have fallen in absolute love with these SU White Perfect Accents, can you tell?  They simply offer the perfect effect on any cards...and they won't poke through your envelope when mailing!
Perfect!
I also used our new stunning, and oh so easy to tie,
Ruched Ribbon in Dapper Denim.
