Lovely Mosaic For The As You See It Challenge #176

Hello Creative Friends,

I'm here on Tuesday for the As You See It Challenge which was to create a card with a mosaic vibe.  Here was the challenge sketch:

And here was my take on the sketch.  I had been using quite a bit of the newly released Stampin' Up! Share What You Love designer series paper, and had a bunch of these odd shaped "scraps" leftover, so here ya go!  I'm calling it Lovely Mosaic.
I hope you enjoy!

Petal Pink, a new color for the 2018-19 color re-vamp is the base for my card.  The Shaded Spruce panel is also brand new!  I think they are so gorgeous together.

The details on my card are subtle because I love how this specialty dsp speaks for itself.  The color combo is just lovely.

The bow on my card is done up in retiring Tranquil Tide Finely Woven Ribbon, while the silver flower embellishment is from the Share What You Love Embellishment Kit.

  1. I agree with you that the papers are so utterly gorgeous that they need little else. The layering of your base is lovely and helps tie all the patterns together. Thank you for joining us at As You See It this week.

  3. That paper really does speak for itself, doesn't it, but I like your arrangement with the background spaces and that beautiful bow! Thanks for playing with AYSI this time!
